Diagnostic test results are processed by authorised partner laboratories. Once approved, digital copies are dispatched directly to your mobile number via WhatsApp, SMS link, or email.
How to Receive Your Report Status
WhatsApp Delivery: If opted in during booking, a digital PDF report copy is sent directly to your registered mobile number upon generation.
Centre Collection: Hard copies can also be collected from your local Life Link collection centre upon presentation of your booking reference.
Life Link Diagnostics is a diagnostic collection-centre network. Diagnostic testing is performed through authorised partner laboratories where applicable.
